PERSONAL TRAINING

Personal training packages begin with a comprehensive fitness evaluation. By gathering information on your health history and current level of conditioning, we are able to develop a personalized training program that empowers you to meet your fitness goals. The training programs involve a unique mixture of personal coaching, strength training, cardiovascular development and flexibility training. Progress toward meeting your fitness goals is tracked using, full body measurements and target heart rate monitoring.
