Start the New Year by Being Good To Yourself
Every year I take a little time before the year actually starts to strategize and think about what I want for the upcoming year. I usually like to come up with a theme for the year. This year the theme is compelling! That is why I decided I wanted to kick off the New Year with 2 new programs for Core Fitness. These 2 NEW Programs are compelling! They will promote change to a healthier, happier you.
During both these programs; you will learn about the Big Mac's. You will definitely need to hold the special sauce ,lettuce ,cheese ,pickles, on a sesame seed bun. You will discover how many calories you should be eating as a guideline and what % of those calories should come from Fats, Proteins and Carbs. 2. BE GOOD TO YOURSELF. -
This program is designed for parents to start to take care of themselves first. After working with Moms and a few Dads over the past 17 years I have noticed that it is sometimes very hard for them to take time out of their busy day to exercise, eat well or just be. I noticed that although they try to put themselves on the list they easily get distracted and feel that everyone is more important. If this sounds like you ,click here to find out more.
So as you can see I have been doing some creating and working on NEW programs that will help my clients take their life to a new level which is very compelling for me. I LOVE LOVE LOVE when people feel good about themselves. Anything is possible!!!
As you take the time to write (no technical devices please)you will notice you will become more creative and be able to flesh out some really good ideas.
